So how do you get a workspace? The answer has already arrived some time ago with the\u00a0<strong>coworking concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a form of&nbsp;<strong>Sharing the work environment<\/strong>&nbsp;by various figures, often young professionals, who, despite working in the same space, maintain an independent activity.&nbsp;<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together they share the rent which is less burdensome, and maybe they even find a way to\u2026&nbsp;<strong>collaborate in synergy<\/strong>, in some business opportunity.<br>For some young people, however, even this formula can be too complicated or expensive (you still have to pay a monthly rent), and based on this reflection, the formula of the Russian Ziberflats has been (re)discovered, even in Italy, the bars where&nbsp;<strong>you don&#039;t pay for what you consume, but for the time<\/strong>.  <br><br>Some examples of this hybrid formula are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cstm.haus\/newyork\/\">https:\/\/cstm.haus\/newyork\/<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cosycorner.work\/\">http:\/\/www.cosycorner.work\/<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cafezen.paris\/espaces-de-travail\">https:\/\/cafezen.paris\/espaces-de-travail<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blendbayridge.com\/\">https:\/\/www.blendbayridge.com\/<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-h-2-font-size\">What do you need to open a coworking corner inside your restaurant?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First of all, a comfortable environment, well lit and with comfortable seats;<\/li><li>a broadband line, better if fiber and powerful;<\/li><li>a printer to be made available to coworkers<\/li><li>a dedicated space if the restaurant is also open for lunch, <\/li><li>convenient sockets at the various dedicated stations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At a bureaucratic level, you need to make a change to your company&#039;s statute to also include the ATECO code for the coworking activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-h-2-font-size\">Is it worth opening a coworking space inside your restaurant? Let&#039;s do some calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What the customer pays for in the case of a coworking space is not the meals, or at least not only, but the time. The places we have analyzed in Europe and North America that we have reported in the previous paragraph ask for rates of&nbsp;<strong>4 euros for the first hour and 3 for the following hours<\/strong>&nbsp;(but it is possible to sign monthly or annual contracts). In these places there is often also&nbsp;<strong>a small free buffet<\/strong>&nbsp;available (almost like in airport lounges) which often also includes tea, coffee and cappuccino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#039;s try to&nbsp;<strong>do some math.<\/strong><br>Assuming a flow of&nbsp;<strong>30 customers\/users for 4 hours each<\/strong>; with the rates we saw it would be \u20ac13 each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Total \u20ac390 per day,<\/strong>&nbsp;so about \u20ac7800 per month for 20 days of monthly opening.
