Changes Coworking was founded in 2021, following a period of significant change in the habits, approaches, and dynamics of the world of work. Opening a coworking network in such uncertain times might have seemed risky to many, but for us, it was a tremendous opportunity to redefine real estate and revolutionize the concept of "office life.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We emerged from this context, offering flexible, community-focused spaces, promptly responding to the evolving needs of modern businesses and professionals seeking productivity, collaboration, and well-being. Our vision is not just about providing a physical space, but creating an environment where quality work life is paramount, ensuring value and support for every coworker, paving the way for a more fulfilling work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three years into this journey, with over 500 professionals in our community, 10 locations under management, and continued growth in demand for space, our vision is clearer than ever: improve the working lives of our customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To better articulate this vision, we created a manifesto that highlights three core principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n There's a lot of talk (rightly<\/em>) of work-life balance, but not enough of the quality of work life. Changes' goal is to enrich our Coworkers' time through customer service tailored to their real needs, a proactive community full of events and opportunities, as well as well-maintained and welcoming spaces where working becomes a pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We believe these three elements have a significant impact on a worker's daily happiness.
