THE VISION
Changes Coworking was founded in 2021, following a period of significant change in the habits, approaches, and dynamics of the world of work. Opening a coworking network in such uncertain times might have seemed risky to many, but for us, it was a tremendous opportunity to redefine real estate and revolutionize the concept of "office life.".
We emerged from this context, offering flexible, community-focused spaces, promptly responding to the evolving needs of modern businesses and professionals seeking productivity, collaboration, and well-being. Our vision is not just about providing a physical space, but creating an environment where quality work life is paramount, ensuring value and support for every coworker, paving the way for a more fulfilling work experience.
Three years into this journey, with over 500 professionals in our community, 10 locations under management, and continued growth in demand for space, our vision is clearer than ever: improve the working lives of our customers.
THE POSTER
To better articulate this vision, we created a manifesto that highlights three core principles:
1. Work-life balance and quality of working life
There's a lot of talk (rightly) of work-life balance, but not enough of the quality of work life. Changes' goal is to enrich our Coworkers' time through customer service tailored to their real needs, a proactive community full of events and opportunities, as well as well-maintained and welcoming spaces where working becomes a pleasure.
We believe these three elements have a significant impact on a worker's daily happiness. We therefore welcome each client with attention and dedication, actively listen to every request, and strive to optimize time and resources, creating a unique daily work experience.
2. Unlocking opportunities is our mantra
The Changes Coworking brand features the symbol of a lock, which, when unlocked, opens doors to new opportunities and possibilities. Furthermore, when reversed vertically, the logo resembles a hug enveloping a person, holding them close to demonstrate care and value. A simple yet effective image of our daily commitment to the well-being of our clients.
Building a network of quality collaborations and partnerships is one of the cornerstones of our organization, both to foster the professional and personal growth of Coworkers through transparent and collaborative values, and to establish new coworking spaces through franchising.
3. People make the difference.
We deeply value the personal relationships formed within our community, and even more so the relationship between us and our Coworkers. This philosophy extends to every interaction, whether with clients, suppliers, or partners. Our team is highly multidisciplinary, with diverse backgrounds and experiences—and that's the beauty of it, right?
Ultimately, Changes Coworking is more than a workspace; it's a movement toward a better work life. Our vision and manifesto guide us in creating spaces that unlock opportunities, foster meaningful relationships, and improve the overall quality of our clients' work lives.
