The offices, furnished with care and attention to detail, offer an all-inclusive formula that includes independent air conditioning, ultra-fast network and private access. The workstations, both dedicated and shared, offer spacious desks, ergonomic chairs and Wi-Fi connection up to. The space also includes two meeting rooms, perfect for hosting video conferences, presentations and business meetings.

All services include: 

• Use of the address for commercial and postal corporate domiciliation
• Secretarial service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
• Use of our address on letterhead, business cards, website, advertising material
• Reception of ordinary mail (extraordinary, legal, fiscal if applicable), commercial: letters, parcels, registered letters, telegrams, express couriers, etc.
• Receiving parcels up to 5 kg
• Free scanning and forwarding of stored correspondence by email (with written authorization).
• Sending received mail to another address via courier or Poste Italiane (paid service).
• Space dedicated to your documentation (the contract provides that accounting and tax records cannot be left at the centre but in a specific place outside of it)
• Name or “company name” on the company notice board at the entrance to the centre
• 10% discount on day office, meeting room and event room rental.
• Use of common areas of the centre

Changes Bologna is located in Via Cairoli 9, a central and easily accessible location. Here's how to reach us:

By train: Bologna Centrale train station is about an 8-minute walk from Via Cairoli 9. Upon exiting the station, head northeast on Viale Pietro Pietramellara, then turn right onto Via Giovanni Amendola. Continue straight until you reach Via Cairoli.
